I chose Wailea Movers because after my inquiry their response was quick and very informative. I actually felt comfortable enough to stop my search. Once I was ready, I called back and booked it. It was great because my move date changed and I needed to reschedule and there was no issue at all, and no fee to change my move date. The movers came when expected and worked so hard that I felt guilty. They were friendly, professional, and quick. I have moved so many times in my life, and this was clearly the best experience I've had with any moving company.Edward was super quick to respond to my inquiry, and gave me a very accurate and fair cost estimate. He was friendly and patient with me as it took me a few days to actually book the date. The whole experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations

Top notch company! Starting with Edward who came out to our locations to get us a cost estimate. Then accommodating us having to change the move date. The crew who came to move us (Ka’u, Alan, Rico, and Michael) were the best of the best. Super attentive to what needed to go and what needed extra care. Very efficient! They packed up both locations before lunch which is amazing. Awesome crew for sure! Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to move. They took care of everything so I didn’t have to worry about shipping out stuff. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

My move recently was not the largest or most involved but these guys treated it in the same regaurd as a huge estate. Everything from start to finish was freindly and professional. Edward was very patient scheduling the service and Alan was not only efficient but also conserned and aware of protocol. Both were great to work with and made the job of moving more of a pleasure than a burden. Highly recommend to anyone. Thanks again guys.
